Day 1-2 Luxury lodge situated on the edge of the Batoka Gorge near the Victoria Falls

You will be met at the airport and driven to Gorges Lodge which is perched on the edge of the Batoka Gorge, a short drive from Victoria Falls. The outstanding views it boasts, along with the silence of the remote wilderness makes it a peaceful and idyllic place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of Victoria Falls town. You will be constantly drawn to the stunning vistas of the gorge and the rushing waters of the river below. The rooms are nestled in a landscaped garden, and the staff are renowned for their warm hospitality. Guests can choose between the many activities on offer, which include: a guided tour of the Victoria Falls, curio shopping at the craft village, a visit to the local Ndebele village to see how the locals live, a school tour, traditional dancing display, a gorge walk with snacks, black eagle viewing with sundowners and snacks and a sundowner cruise on the Zambezi. All other Victoria Falls based activities can be organised on request.

Day 3-5 Luxury with an eco twist in The Kruger

You will be chartered to the lodge. Named after an ageing giraffe bull that used to share this lakeside spot with the lodge’s original owners, Chitwa Chitwa fostered a close, caring relationship with the bush since its beginnings.
