Day 1-2 Arrival in Botswana

On arrival in Kasane you will be met by a Discover Africa representative and transferred by vehicle to the lodge. Once you have checked in, and depending on your arrival time, you can join the afternoon game activity, which is generally a boat safari on the Chobe River. Boat Safaris along the Chobe River are a wonderful way to experience close encounters with an abundance of riverine birds and animals. You can enjoy watching elephants playing in the river or going for a swim. Game drives offer opportunities to see and photograph the stunning range and concentration of wild life that the Chobe National Park is famous for.

Day 3-4 Kadizora Lodge

Fly from Kasane into the Delta, where you will spend the next two nights. Activities offered at the lodge are safaris in open 4x4 game drive vehicles, bush walks where you can experience the smaller fauna and flora which you don't always see when in a vehicle, boating and mokoro safaris in a dug-out canoe. Between April and September you also have the opportunity to enjoy a hot air balloon safari over the delta (optional extra cost).

Day 5-6 Moremi East

You will travel by light aircraft to the Khwai Concession, where you will spend the next two nights at Saguni Safari Lodge. The lodge is located on the Eastern Part of the Moremi forming part of the Okavango delta, this area is famous for its incredible game viewing. Here you can enjoy game drives in open safari vehicles, as well as night game drives as well as mokoro safaris.

Day 7 Final morning inBotswana
