Day 1 Arrive Maun & light aircraft charter to Linyanti Bush Camp

Upon arrive at Maun International Airport you will be met by one of our representatives who will assist you to board your, light aircraft charter to Linyanti Bush Camp in the Linyanti private concession. During your transfer from the Linyanti airstrip to the camp you will be able to enjoy your first game viewing along the way. Settle into your room and head out on another game activity that afternoon followed by dinner back at the camp. With just six luxury tents, Linyanti Bush Camp offers an intimate safari experience in a private concession on the border of Botswana’s iconic Chobe National Park. Set in the heart of a region renowned for its abundant wildlife, the camp sits on the banks of Linyanti Wetlands – an area that is one of the main sources of water during the drier months. Consequently, you can look forward to exceptional and diverse wildlife encounters year-round.

Day 2-3 Game Viewing in the Private Linyanti Concession

The following two days are spent exploring all that this special area has to offer. Enjoy wilderness on thrilling game drives, get intimate with the surrounding bush on walking safaris and float along the waterways on a mokoro (canoe) excursion. The freedom of being located on a private reserve also means that the camp's knowledgeable guides operate exclusive night game drives for a glimpse into Botswana’s mesmeric nocturnal world. Each experience will sharpen your senses more, offering you an in-depth look at Linyanti’s diverse ecosystem. In between game activities you will be served delicious meals and snacks and you will have time to relax enjoying all the amenities the camp offers.

Day 4 Light aircraft transfer from Linyanti Bush Camp to private Khwai Concession

After breakfast and perhaps a last game activity at Linyanti Bush Camp you will be taken to the airstrip for your light aircraft charter that will fly you into the private Khwai Consession where you will spend the next three nights at Kwhai Bush Camp. Settle into your room and relax a little before you will venture out for your first game drive in this private concession. Dinner will be served back at the camp. Located on the eastern edge of Botswana’s Okavango Delta, Khwai Bush Camp traces the border of the Moremi Game Reserve. A truly magical setting ideal for year-round wildlife encounters. Exuding all the charm and allure of an old-world safari, your stay here will feel completely in harmony with nature.

Day 5-6 Game Viewing in the Private Khwai Concession

During the following two days you will rise early for your morning game drive followed by breakfast back at the camp and time to relax. The afternoons are spend enjoying more game activities such as guided walking safaris, river activities, afternoon / night game drives all led by qualified and passionate guides who will share their knowledge and love of the bush with you. From the enchanting forests and undulating grasslands to lush floodplains and meandering lagoon, the varied ecosystems mean this is one of the most consistent areas for wildlife encounters year-round. Whether you are out on a game drive or relaxing at the camp, take time to savour the utter tranquillity, only broken by the call of wildlife.

Day 7 Depart Khwai Bush Camp, light aircraft transfer to Maun

Depending on your scheduled light aircraft transfer back to Maun you may have one last opportunity to enjoy a morning game activity. Transfer from the camp to the airstrip to board your light aircraft charter back to Maun, in time for your onward journey.
